Important: This RCTI Agreement can only be used if the supplier is registered for GST purposes. If you fail to quote your ABN to us we are required by law to withhold 48.5% from your payment. This agreement will only be signed by The Recycling Hub after the ABN and GST registration status of the Supplier has been verified on the Australian Business Register (ABR) website.
McMahon Services Australia Pty Ltd ABN 75 097 072 565 trading as McMahon Services Recycling Hub "The Recycling Hub" hereby agree that in accordance with A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 Classes of Recipient Created Tax Invoice Determination (No. 29) 2000:
1. The Recycling Hub can issue a recipient created tax invoice (RCTI) in respect of any supplies made by the supplier to The Recycling Hub unless agreed otherwise.
2. The supplier will not issue tax invoices in respect of any supplies to which this Agreement applies.
3. The supplier acknowledges that it is registered for GST at the time of entering this agreement and will notify The Recycling Hub if it ceases to be registered.
4. The Recycling Hub acknowledges that it is registered for GST at the time of entering into this agreement and that it will notify the vendor if it ceases to be registered or if it ceases to satisfy any of the requirements of the Goods and Services Tax Determination GSTD 2000 (No.29) (ATO Determination on RCTI).
The Recycling Hub will not issue a document that would otherwise be an RCTI, on or after the date when The Recycling Hub or the supplier has failed to comply with any of the requirements of the ATO determination GSTD 2000 (No.29)
